Germany – Telephone and data transmission services – 1576-CM-Dezentrale Internetanschlüsse

The BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering the following two framework agreements with up to five contractors each for nationwide internet connections with different specifications for BWI's own operations and its customers, the Bundeswehr and federal authorities, in the following amounts:

• Lot 1: estimated 12,500,000.00 EUR net (upper limit: 19,000,000.00 EUR net)

• Lot 2: estimated 8,000,000.00 EUR net (upper limit: 12,000,000.00 EUR net)

to be awarded through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with Section 11 (1) VSVgV:

• Lot 1 "sym. Internet connections": Procurement of symmetric internet connections from 2 Mbit/s-100 Gbit/s with the specification (A) for new connections as individual orders in a mini-competition and the contractual takeover of the existing connections from the RV1089 (Lot 1) with consideration of the BWI costs in the award of the respective mini-competition.

• Lot 2 "BWI Internet Breakouts": Procurement of internet transit connections for the BWI Internet Breakouts from 1 Gbit/s - 100 Gbit/s with the specification (B) for the contractual transfer of the existing connections from the RV1089 (Lot 2) and the procurement of new BWI Internet Breakouts.
