Netherlands – Software supply services – Europese aanbesteding 'Omgevingsbeleids- en toepasbareregelapplicatie' H2O

The purpose of this procurement is to select one (1) Contractor to supply, implement, host and manage an environmental policy application and a regulatory application that meet the requirements of the Environmental Law and the requirements and wishes of H2O, as elaborated in the Programme of Requirements (Chapter 5). H2O attaches particular value to a well-secured coherence between the legal rules in the environmental plan and the applicable rules derived from it, to user-friendly and efficient support of the daily work processes, and to continuity of the service provision during and after the transition to the new solution(s). The execution of the Contract starts on 1 January 2027, for a duration of four (4) years (until 31 December 2030). H2O has the unilateral option to extend the Agreement a maximum of three (3) times by two (2) years each. With full utilisation of these extension options.
