Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Pimecrolimus, ATC D11AH02 für die Zeit 01.05.26 - 30.04.28 (zzgl. V.-Option 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a, paragraph 8, of the German Social Code Book V (SGB V) enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the German Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB) is conducted by DAK-Gesundheit. For pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, relating to the aforementioned substance Pimecrolimus, ATC D11AH02, DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical rebate contracts. A rebate contract under the approval model for the aforementioned substance comes into force for the first time on 01.05.2026 and ends on 30.04.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It ends automatically with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, irrespective of the above.
