The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of specialist planning services for structural design in accordance with § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14.1 for phases 1 to 6. A phased commissioning is intended, but there is no entitlement to further commissioning. The award is subject to the approval or authorization of the competent bodies for the final award decision.
