The subject of the order includes the preparation of reports for the design and cost documentation as well as the investor's supervision over the implementation of construction works and settlement with the contractor for construction works - within the framework of the investment tasks: 1. Construction of a ford in the Tarnawa forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-01) and Construction of a ford in the Juszczyn forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-08) 2. Construction of stone fords in the Juszczyn forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-07) 3. Construction of fords and stone fords in the Budzów forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-02) 4. Construction of fords and stone fords in the Lachowice forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-03) 5. Comprehensive anti-erosion development in the Jasień forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-06) 6. Comprehensive anti-erosion development in the Skawica forest district (task no. 02-30-2.2-09) carried out within the framework of the Project "Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and counteracting water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)" NOTE: The ordering party reserves the right that the contractor preparing the design documentation (as well as persons participating in the preparation of the design documentation) for investment tasks for which reports are to be prepared and for which investment supervision is to be carried out within the framework of this order, MAY NOT carry out this supervision or prepare reports.
