The competition will be conducted as a non-open, single-stage design competition for spatial and traffic planning in accordance with RPW 2013 within the framework of a VgV procedure. The procedure will be carried out as a negotiated procedure pursuant to § 14 VgV with a competition for participation. The invitation to tender has been submitted to the Chamber of Architects and the Chamber of Engineers, Thuringia; these have confirmed compliance with the guidelines and will register the competition after the preliminary meeting of the jury.
