The subject of the contract is the supply of liquefied and compressed gases, along with the rental of cylinders, oxygen tanks and liquid nitrogen tanks to the premises of the Contracting Authority – the „Pomnik – Centre for Children's Health” Institute in Warsaw, in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines resulting from the concluded contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial offers to be submitted. Reason for not splitting into lots: No possibility of rational division into packages.
