1. The subject of the order is: supply of poultry meat and poultry meat products to 16 WOG. 2. Scope of the order - the procedure has been divided into two tasks: Task 1 Poultry Meat 16 WOG Oleszno Food Store 16 WOG Złocieniec Food Store 16 WOG Wałcz Task 2 Poultry Meat Products 16 WOG Oleszno Food Store 16 WOG Złocieniec Food Store 16 WOG Wałcz 3. The purchaser orders the goods from the contractor for delivery at the contractor's cost and risk, at the purchaser's store. 4. Delivery of the goods will be made by insured transport, at the contractor's cost. 5. The contractor assumes responsibility for any shortages and defects arising during the transport of the products and bears all legal consequences thereof. 6. The purchaser does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products during the execution of this contract. 7. The remaining conditions for the execution of the order are contained in the order description and the contract draft.
