1. The subject of the contract is the supply and transfer of ownership to the Contracting Authority of the Equipment, as detailed in Annex 1 to the SWZ, along with the provision or guarantee by the Contractor of a warranty and the provision or guarantee of a warranty service for the supplied Equipment and Software. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
