Poland – Computer-related equipment – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego i sieciowego dla jednostek Zachodniopomorskiego Uniwersytetu Technologicznego w Szczecinie-Edycja II/2026

The subject of this order is the delivery of various computer equipment for the units of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. The computer equipment, which is the subject of this order (within each of the Tasks), must be free from legal and physical defects and factory new (including not exploited in any way, nor used for presentation or exhibition purposes, and not coming from resale), made of factory new components/parts, complete, functional, and introduced to the market in accordance with the legal acts implementing the New Approach directives, as confirmed by the CE marking, in accordance with the applicable regulations. A further description of the minimum technical requirements and other types of properties of the subject of the order, referred to above, i.e. the Technical and Scope Description of the subject of the order, is provided in Annex 2SWZ accordingly for the given Task. 2. The Purchaser separates the subject of the order into 25 independent parts, each of which is referred to in the further part of the SWZ as a "Task", thereby allowing the submission of partial offers for each of these parts. 3. The technical description of the subject of the order [type of computer equipment and equipment within a given Task, quantity, technical parameters, functional or other properties required by the Purchaser minimum for the individual Tasks constituting the subject of the order] is determined by Annex 2SWZ. The computer equipment described in Annex 2SWZ is also described with an additional separation under the name "sub-task". The number of sub-tasks referred to in the further part of the SWZ as "sub-tasks" within each of the tasks is determined by Annex 2SWZ. The sub-task does not constitute a separate Task, but only a part of the order within a given Task. 4. With the reservation of additional provisions of Section 5 of this Section, wherever in the provisions below of this SWZ document (and its annexes), without further specification, the term EQUIPMENT is used, it should be understood as the entire computer equipment, technical and service requirements, specified in the description of the subject of the order in Annex 2 SWZ (with respect to a given Task), including software, if software is also within the scope of the Task in Annex 2SWZ. 5. Wherever in the provisions of this SWZ document it is further referred to (without further specification) to EQUIPMENT in the Task, EQUIPMENT from the Task, or to EQUIPMENT offered within the Task/Tasks, it should be understood as EQUIPMENT in the sense of this term indicated in Section 4 above, but limited to the scope of the given Task, to which the description of the subject of the order indicated in Annex 2SWZ relates. 6. The purpose of this procedure is to obtain EQUIPMENT of the quality and functionality specified in the SWZ, and not a specific brand or other type of designation or technology of a specific manufacturer. The indications in Annex 2SWZ regarding the brand, model or other type of designation of a specific manufacturer are of an exemplary nature only and should not be treated as requirements relating to the subject of this order, but should be considered solely in the categories of indications of an informative nature (non-binding for the Contractors). The Purchaser also allows the offer of a different product than the one indicated as exemplary, provided that it meets the minimum technical, functional and other similar properties specified for the EQUIPMENT in Annex 2SWZ. 7. Within the scope of this order (implementation of the delivery, as referred to in the above provisions) is a minimum (according to the Task/Tasks, for which the offer will be submitted): 1) Sale and delivery to the Purchaser of the offered EQUIPMENT from the Task/Tasks to the place (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment Delivery Location"), which will be indicated by the Purchaser as the room of the University Computer Centre ZUT in Szczecin, located in the building of the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer located at ul. Jagiellońska 20-21, 70-363 Szczecin (ground floor - it is required to bring the equipment into the room); 2) Providing the Purchaser with a legally defect-free license in respect of those elements of EQUIPMENT in this Task/Tasks, which, according to Annex 2SWZ, require the software/other computer programs indicated there. If the content of Annex 2 SWZ does not provide otherwise, the scope of the required license covers a full and perpetual license. The delivered software/other computer programs must be factory new, never used before, and never activated on any device, come from a legal source and are intended for distribution in Poland in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish law. The Purchaser does not allow refurbished software. 3) Granting the Purchaser a warranty for the offered, delivered and issued to the Purchaser EQUIPMENT in the Task. The Contractor will grant the Purchaser a warranty for the EQUIPMENT in the Task for a period of not less than the period indicated for the Equipment in the given Task/sub-task in Annex 2SWZ. Note: where in the individual Tasks/sub-tasks in Annex 2SWZ the warranty has not been specified, the minimum warranty period is: a) 36 months for computer sets, terminals, desktop computer units (including AiO), monitors, disks; b) 24 months for the remaining Equipment from Annex 2SWZ, other than in point a) above; 4) Obtaining and issuing to the Purchaser: • A warranty document on the occasion of granting the Purchaser a warranty, as referred to above (within the scope resulting from the submitted offer), • Instructions for use and proper operation (including servicing and maintenance) of the EQUIPMENT, • Other documents, if necessary for the use of the Equipment or listed in Annex 2SWZ or the Contract Template required for a given Task based on Section XIX.1 SWZ documents to be issued to the Purchaser at the stage of accepting the EQUIPMENT. 8. The scope and manner of fulfilling the services referred to above are specified in detail by the Contract Template designated for a given Task, in accordance with the provisions of Section XIX.1 SWZ.
