Ireland – Accounting, auditing and fiscal services – TR5052 – International Payroll, Tax and Immigration

ESB intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of International Payroll, Tax and Immigration Services. The services will include, but will not be limited to: international payroll and personal income tax compliance for expatriate employees and locally hired staff in overseas jurisdictions; foreign and shadow payroll services; tax advisory services relating to internationally mobile employees; global mobility tracking and reporting; and immigration, visa and work permit advisory services. The Contracting Entity currently operates in a number of jurisdictions, including Ireland, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Bahrain. The procurement process will be conducted in two stages, comprising a Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) followed by a competitive tender stage.
