The subject of the procurement is the supply of ICT services necessary for preventive, corrective, adaptive maintenance and changes to the ICT infrastructure services of the State Geodetic Administration (hereinafter: the Contracting Authority). The service consists of the following components: 1. Help Desk 2. Monitoring the availability of critical ICT services 3. Management of infrastructure ICT services 4. Management of security ICT services 5. Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical infrastructure ICT services 6. Corrective maintenance of non-critical infrastructure ICT services 7. Other support to users of the ICT system 8. Supply of spare parts 9. Security Operations Centre (SOC) 10. Consulting and specialist ICT support.
