1. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial bids as part of a single procurement procedure. 2. The contract is divided into three parts. The individual parts cover the following types of insurance: 2.1. Part 01 of the contract: a) All-risk property insurance (CPV – 66515400-7, 66515000-3). 2.2. Part 02 of the contract: a) Mandatory civil liability insurance for the entity performing medical activities (CPV – 66516000-0), b) Voluntary civil liability insurance for the medical entity (CPV – 66516000-0), c) Voluntary civil liability insurance for damages caused to third parties in connection with the conducted activity and possession of property (CPV – 66516000-0). 2.3. Part 03 of the contract: a) Voluntary excess civil liability insurance for the medical entity (CPV – 66516000-0).
