The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a purchasing group in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Code de la commande publique with the following organisers: - Commune de TOULOUSE. The coordinator of the purchasing group is: TOULOUSE METROPOLE. It will be in charge of the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member will have to follow the execution of the framework agreement. Maximum amounts for the initial period: Toulouse Métropole: 100 000 euro(s) HT / Ville de Toulouse: 150 000 euro(s) HT. These amounts are the same for each of the renewal periods. The estimated amount is as follows: 60 000 euro(s) HT per year. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule, the supplier's catalogue(s) and the price reduction schedule to the quantities actually executed.
