GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a partner for the management of municipal properties in Hamburg. GMH builds, renovates and manages school buildings in the south of Hamburg, develops and implements municipal buildings for the city of Hamburg and works closely with the Universität Hamburg and the HAW Hamburg in the field of university construction. The HAW Hamburg campus at Berliner Tor is to be modernised and further developed in its entirety. In this context, GMH is carrying out the renovation of the school at the Wallstraße 2 (Lämmermarkt) site in Hamburg on behalf of the Behörde für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Gleichstellung (BWFG).
