Germany – Facing brickwork – Neubau Klinikzentrum Westerstede, Verblendmauerwerk

In the context of future-oriented and sustainable district development, a new "Gesundheitsquartier Ammerland" is being built on 11,200 sqm in the immediate vicinity of the Klinikzentrum Westerstede along the "Lange Straße". The overarching project goal is the transformation into a "Green Hospital". The new building is to set standards in the areas of sustainability, resource efficiency and circular economy as a technological and ecological showcase project. An ambitious energy or maximum efficiency strategy is being pursued for the building to achieve the highest possible degree of on-site energy self-sufficiency.
