Dalkia is the contractor for the creation and operation of the urban heating network and the heating plant in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. These works include the construction of a heating plant, a heat network and its substations. The current call for tender specifically concerns the substations. The mission to be entrusted to the contractor will involve the electrical services related to the connection of the heat network's substations. The service will include the supply, electrical wiring of all the equipment positioned on the skids, and in particular: - Supply, installation and connection of a dedicated electrical cabinet - Connection of all equipment in high and low currents (pumps, two-way valves, energy meters, probes, etc) - Commissioning of equipment - Installation and connection of controllers The estimated number of substations to be connected is 25; This may be subject to change, upwards or downwards, depending on the actual number of subscribers connected to the heat network. The awarding entity reserves the right to request tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
