Germany – Public road transport services – Erbringung von Subunternehmerleistungen der öffentlichen Personenbeförderung im Buslinienverkehr im Gebiet der Stadt Trier

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of subcontractor services in public bus transport in the area of the city of Trier. The framework agreement regulates the conditions under which individual calls for services can be made by the contracting authority to one or more contractors during its term. The services are divided into four lots. The contractor must use their own buses to provide the services. The services underlying the framework agreement have a volume of approximately 843,000 scheduled kilometres on the lines in the transport area of the city of Trier per year. The scheduled kilometres are divided as follows: Lot A: 6 solo buses, approx. 166,000 scheduled km/year Lot B: 6 articulated buses, approx. 223,000 scheduled km/year Lot C: 6 articulated buses, approx. 232,000 scheduled km/year Lot D: 6 articulated buses, approx. 222,000 scheduled km/year Each lot includes 2 full-day circuits (operation from Monday to Friday and on weekends) and 4 operational vehicles (operation from Monday to Friday) The term of lots A and B is 5 years (01.12.2026 to 30.11.2031) and of lots C and D 10 years (01.12.2026 to 30.11.2036)
