France – Reprographic services – LOCATION, INSTALLATION ET MAINTENANCE DE PHOTOCOPIEURS POUR LES BESOINS DE LA COMMUNE DE SOTTEVILLE-LES-ROUEN

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The amounts indicate the maximum per execution period and the total of the renewal periods. The public contract concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of reprography and printing for the needs of the City of Sotteville-lès-Rouen. In addition to these material means, the present procedure must also allow the acquisition or updating of software tools to optimize the overall printing system. The supply, installation, commissioning, user training are part of the scope, as is the maintenance of the materials associated with the contract. The description of the services and their specifications are detailed in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement for services. The service also includes the acquisition, implementation, updating and/or extension of the print management solution currently used by the City of Sotteville-lès-Rouen (WatchDoc or equivalent), in accordance with the requirements of the CCTP, its equivalent is therefore possible, but must be proposed turnkey if there is a substitution.
