The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a comprehensive service in the field of ensuring human resources (persons meeting specific requirements and possessing specific competencies and experience) for the implementation of the task of year-round maintenance of the sports and recreational infrastructure of the Dębowca slope. The subject of the contract is detailed in the following annexes to the SWZ, which are an integral part of it: - Draft Contract Terms (Contract Template) – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ; - Description of the Subject of the Contract (PSC) – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ; - List of Fixed Assets and Equipment – Annex No. 9 to the SWZ; - Operation and Maintenance Instructions for the Railway – Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
