The subject of this procurement is the 2nd construction phase with the project title "Preparation for the concentration of locations from Aerzen to Rinteln" - specifically, this involves preparing for the concentration of locations through the renovation and restructuring of the north wing at the Rinteln clinic location. The Burghof-Klinik operates as a specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy facilities for the treatment of mental illnesses at the locations Rinteln, Stadthagen and Aerzen. As part of a concentration of locations, operations are to be centrally bundled at the main location in the former district hospital Rinteln (Virchowstraße 5/9, 31737 Rinteln) in the future. Following the completion of the 1st construction phase (patient operation since August 2019), the implementation will continue in two construction phases. The 2nd construction phase being tendered here exclusively comprises the north wing of the existing building and serves as the preparation for the later complete concentration of locations in the 3rd construction phase (east, south and west wing as well as kitchen, separate procedure).
