Introduction of a new cloud-based and future-proof travel expense and reimbursement system in the KfW and IPEX. The new SaaS solution will replace the current travel expense tool (SAP HCM TRV). Key functionalities:

- Reporting and transparency

- Document management and automation

- Tax and payroll tax requirements

- Fraud and error detection

- Role and authorization concept

- Deletion concept

- App for use on mobile devices

The tool should cover the entire process of travel expense and expense claim processing digitally, efficiently, and in an audit-proof manner, from capture, through approval, review, and release of the costs to be reimbursed. In addition, it should offer the mandatory E invoice format and detailed reporting for greater transparency and compliance.
