The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Annexes No. 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d. The subject of the contract for the service of Central Printing along with leasing and comprehensive maintenance of multifunctional devices and software in the units of the Tax Administration Chamber in Gdańsk, is the Central Printing service, i.e.: printing, copying, scanning documents. The scope of the Contractor's work includes: a) implementation of the delivery of multifunctional devices and servers in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, i.e. in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Table constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ together with the installation of the devices to the individual locations of the Purchaser: installation, configuration of applications, b) effective commissioning and configuration of devices in individual locations of the Purchaser's units, c) training of persons in the scope of operating each device at the place of its operation, d) training of system administrators in the scope of operating the monitoring software in full functionality. Together with the multifunctional devices, at the price of the service provided, the Contractor will deliver to the Purchaser the software necessary to provide the Central Printing service, which is the subject of the contract in this procedure. As part of providing the Central Printing service along with leasing and comprehensive maintenance of multifunctional devices and software in the units of the Tax Administration Chamber in Gdańsk, the Contractor provides a service of servicing multifunctional devices and software, for the duration of the Agreement. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will deliver 304 units of multifunctional devices, meeting the following minimum criteria: multifunctional devices: type 1, type 2, type 3, produced no earlier than in 2023, on which the total number of prints and copies made, for each multifunctional device, on the day of commencement of the service for the Purchaser, does not exceed 400,000 pages (four hundred thousand pages) with the device lifetime parameter of 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand) and multifunctional devices: type 4, produced no earlier than in 2023, on which the total number of prints and copies made, for each multifunctional device, on the day of commencement of the service for the Purchaser, does not exceed 200,000 pages (two hundred thousand pages) with the device lifetime parameter of 400,000 pages (four hundred thousand pages), installed in the locations indicated by the Purchaser, for the duration of the service.
