Description

The contract is divided into several lots: A part in a classic contract with a firm lot and optional lots:

- Firm lot: Feasibility study and implementation of a landscape planning scheme on the scale of the study area.

- Optional lot 1: Cost-benefit analysis (CBA)

- Optional lot 2: Multi-criteria analysis (MCA)

- Optional lot 3: Request for case-by-case examination (regulatory file)

- Optional lot 4: Environmental permit and declaration of public interest (regulatory file)

- Optional lot 5: Environmental assessment and impact study

- Optional lot 6: Compilation of the application file for deforestation permit (regulatory file)

- Optional lot 7: Compilation of the application file for derogation for the destruction of protected species or habitats

- Optional lot 8: Definition of sediment management plans for riverbeds and structures

A part in a framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the project management tasks following the completion of the preliminary studies, as well as other complementary tasks necessary for the implementation of the works, which will be triggered as needed and according to the final work schedule defined in the first part of the contract. These tasks are defined in the CCTP. The maximum amount of 480,000 euros applies only to the framework agreement part.
