This open tender is subject to the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2-1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Code, particularly Articles R2162-2 to R2162-6 relating to framework agreements and R2162-13 and R2162-14 specific to purchase orders. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with a single economic operator per lot with an annual minimum and maximum for each member for each lot. Contract awarded within the framework of a purchasing group of the South-East Defence and Security Zone and composed of the SDIS of the Allier (coordinator), SDIS of the Ain (01), SDIS of the Ardèche (07), SDIS of the Drôme (26), SDIS of the Isère (38), SDIS of the Loire (42), SDIS of the Haute Loire (43), SDIS of the Rhône (69), SDIS of the Savoie (73).
