The procurement concerns the purchase and delivery of electronic locking systems for citizens in their own homes. The procurement includes the products/services listed in Annex 3 – tender list, including delivery of locking units (cylinders), the access-granting unit, update box, programming unit, operation of the IT system and the calling of a locksmith. The ordering party is responsible for the installation, assembly and disassembly of the locking units.
