Germany – Electronic, electromechanical and electrotechnical supplies – Rahmenvertrag Elektromaterial in zwei Losen

The University Hospital Tübingen (tba) intends to procure electrical materials for the coming years through an open EU-wide tender procedure. The aim is to ensure flexible, demand-driven delivery of current and new electrical materials. The award will be made through a discounted price model based on the manufacturer's price (UVP) to allow for continuous adjustments to market availability and current articles and materials from the manufacturers. The demand estimate is based on a 1.5-year consumption analysis. The award will be made according to a fixed evaluation system that takes into account not only price conditions but also qualitative aspects.
