Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Utworzenie i obsługa Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) na terenie Gminy Miasto Świdnica”

The subject of the contract is the creation and operation of a Selective Waste Collection Point (SWCP) in the city of Świdnica. 1.1 Types of municipal waste accepted at the SWCP from individuals covered by the municipal waste management system of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica in the area of the city of Świdnica: a) expired medicines, b) chemicals, including chemical packaging, c) used batteries and accumulators, d) used electrical and electronic equipment, e) furniture and other bulky waste, f) used tyres, g) paper, h) metals, i) plastics, j) glass, k) multi-material packaging, l) biowaste, m) clothing and textiles, n) hazardous waste, o) waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes. 1.2 Construction and demolition waste from households is accepted at the SWCP from individuals covered by the municipal waste management system of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica in the area of the city of Świdnica with a weight limit of up to 500 kg monthly from the declared property, and in the case of housing cooperatives and housing associations from the residential unit. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4.
