The ASLL is a social support measure whose main objective is to assist in resolving a housing problem, with a view to integration and not emergency. It is intended to support individuals in their housing integration project. The implementation of an ASLL should help to achieve a resolution of a housing-related issue. However, these measures must be part of an overall social support framework. The entry point for the ASLL should primarily concern a housing-related need. Nevertheless, given the observation of a cumulation of difficulties faced by the public, the ASLL contact will focus on addressing the situation in its entirety and ensuring the coordination of all partners, in a logic of complementarity. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals).
