Bulgaria – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – „Доставка на реактиви, китове, консумативи и др. за обезпечаване на проекти по Фонд „Наука“, "Научни изследвания" и докторанти“

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of contractor(s) for the supply of reagents, kits, consumables and other items to ensure quality, timely and in accordance with contractual requirements, conduct of scientific research on projects approved for funding by the "Science" Fund of the Medical University – Varna, projects under the "Scientific Research" Fund and for the needs of regular and part-time doctoral students at the Medical University – Varna. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is not divided into separate categories as per Article 83, Paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The procurement includes the delivery of the goods, previously declared and specified by type (commercial nomenclature), technical data, packaging and quantities. The total estimated quantity of reagents, kits, consumables and other items, subject to the public procurement for the entire term of the Dynamic Purchasing System – 2000 units (number/pack/litre). The term of the Dynamic Purchasing System – 24 (twenty-four) months - until 30 April 2028. First stage - Inclusion of candidates in DPS. Second stage - Conducting restricted procedures within the established DPS. The contracting authority issues a decision on the inclusion or refusal to include interested parties in the DPS within 15 working days after the expiry of the initial deadline for submitting applications. Until the expiry of the specified deadline, the contracting authority will not send an invitation to submit tenders for the first specific procurement within the existing DPS. After the expiry of the initial deadline for submitting applications, any interested party may submit an application, which is reviewed by the appointed commission within 10 working days. The contracting authority issues a decision on the inclusion or refusal to include in the DPS. The initial deadline for receiving applications for inclusion in the DPS is by 23:59:00 on 22.05.2026. The same is indicated in the public procurement notice.
