France – Construction work – LOT1 Technicentre de Bordeaux y compris Travaux Ferroviaires_ Projet Oxygène Bordeaux

This project consists of LOT 1: the construction of a Technicentre, including associated railway works in the commune of Bordeaux, and as part of the Oxygène project, mainly comprising the construction of: • a Technicentre, • Technical buildings, • Transborder, • a VHR (Voiture Hors Rame) workshop. All options are specified in the consultation documents, and in particular in the DPGF and the BPU. More detailed description in the DCE attached to this notice. The required qualifications are listed in the External Consultation Regulation (REC). For the Railway Works part, on simple request to the Purchaser in charge of the file, the list of qualified SNCF companies can be sent to the candidate. All information relating to the tendering phase can be found in the External Consultation Regulation. This includes, in particular, the documents and information to be provided (examples: DC1, DC2, Economic and Financial Capabilities, Technical and Professional Capabilities, etc.).
