4.1. The subject of the procurement is the Supply of leased laptops for the University of Lodz. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in the Price Schedule, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. The supply includes used equipment. 4.4. The term "delivery" shall mean the delivery of the equipment required by the Purchaser at the Purchaser's own cost and risk.
