Hungary – Sewerage works equipment – Vízkezeléshez szükséges berendezések beszerzése

In this public-procurement procedure, the Buyer wishes to procure, through supply contracts, the replacement and supplementation of the tools used at its sites, which are essential for the continuous and safe operation of water treatment plants, as follows:

1. Part: Procurement of Screw Compressors

2. Part: Procurement of Pumps, Mixers

3. Part: Procurement of Mobile Reciprocating Compressors

The successful tenderer(s) will be responsible for:

- In Part 1, delivering the equipment, performing the preparatory work necessary for installation, installing and commissioning the equipment, conducting trial operation, and training the operating personnel,

- In Part 2, delivering the equipment, and

- In Part 3, delivering and commissioning the equipment.

The detailed technical parameters and other conditions are contained in the technical description, Price Schedule, and draft contract, which are part of the procurement documents. The successful tenderer in all three tender parts may only supply new, unused, flawless, and undamaged equipment that meets the technical requirements specified in the technical description.

The offered equipment must comply with Hungarian and EU international standards, regulations, and safety requirements. The successful tenderer in all three tender parts must, without any additional consideration, provide the Buyer with the following documents upon completion:

- Technical documentation in Hungarian,

- Operating and maintenance instructions in Hungarian (in printed and electronic form),

- Service-related instructions, specifying the service(s).

The successful tenderer in all three tender parts must, for each item of equipment, guarantee a minimum of 12 months of full coverage, free from any manufacturing restrictions and warranty claims, for the delivered equipment. The Buyer will evaluate any guarantee period offered beyond the minimum specified period in the procurement documents for up to a further 12 months.

The Buyer draws attention to the fact that the guarantee prescribed in this procedure relates to proper use (operating hours) and is not identical to the manufacturer's warranty. With reference to the 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree, the Buyer draws attention to the fact that if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement required reference to a specific brand, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the mention was made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the mention of "or equivalent" shall always be understood next to the mention. The Buyer also accepts equivalent tenders, with the proviso that the tenderer must prove equivalence in case of doubt.
