Germany – Coaching services – Beratungsformate Coaching und Training sowie Mediation für die GMSH

The Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein (GMSH) AöR is a service provider for the Land of Schleswig-Holstein, the Federal Republic of Germany, and other public administration bodies. As a public-law institution, the GMSH prepares its financial statements in accordance with commercial law. Its main tasks are the planning and execution of construction projects for the Land, the Federal Government, and other public administration bodies, the management of the properties of the Land of Schleswig-Holstein, and central procurement for the authorities of the Land of Schleswig-Holstein. The GMSH currently has approximately 1,800 employees.

For the GMSH, a corporate culture in which working together on an equal footing is a matter of course, forms the basis for the successful completion of its tasks and their continuous improvement. To this end, the Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung (hereinafter POE) in the GMSH offers an extensive portfolio of programs and instruments, such as the Leadership Academy, Leadership Onboarding, and specific offers for professional target groups. In line with a systemic understanding, we strengthen personality, individuality, and self-reflection in all our offers. In addition to the qualification programs for various groups, our portfolio also includes numerous consulting offers and individual formats. The self-management skills of the employees should always be promoted, especially in the context of agility, uncertainties, and change.

With this tender, we are looking for partners who will support us in qualification and individual development.

The GMSH therefore provides thematic and partly regional pools (lots) for the consulting offers, in order to be able to bring employees together with coaches/trainers/mediators in a needs-specific manner. Offers for one or more lots are possible. We ask all bidders to apply in each lot in which they wish to be active.

Inclusion in the pool per lot takes place if at least 65 points are achieved in the overall evaluation according to the evaluation matrix. There is no limit on the number of suppliers with whom a contract is concluded per lot.
