The Sana Kliniken Oberfranken Coburg GmbH intends to build the new Sana Klinikum Coburg. The project management and the client representation will be handled by the Sana Immobilien Service GmbH on behalf of the client. The project is already included in the annual hospital construction program of the Free State of Bavaria and is to be financed to a considerable extent from grants (in this case, investment grants under Art. 11 BayKrG, individual grants for investments). The project "New Sana Klinikum Coburg" essentially consists of several parts, but only the new construction of the clinic constitutes a grant-eligible project. The contract advertised here covers only the grant-eligible project, i.e. the new construction of the clinic with 550 beds and 38 places in Von-Gruner-Straße in 96450 Coburg. The further objects, which are likely to be created in the immediate vicinity of the clinic, such as a car park, a health centre and an educational centre, are not part of the advertised service. The site or building plot on which the clinic is to be built is already defined. The demolition of the existing buildings and the paved areas will be carried out by the property owner. The necessary planning services will be provided largely by the already commissioned general planner, only the planning of the medical technology will be handled by the in-house medical technology planning of Sana.
