The subject of the procedure is the provision and integration of a Punchout catalogue for the product range "Sanitary and Heating Materials" into the procurement system of the contracting authority via an OCI interface. The product range includes, in particular, pipes and fittings, sanitary engineering, heating engineering, air conditioning and ventilation systems, industrial refrigeration and heating systems, liquid separators and pumps. The aim is to ensure a standardised, media-break-free and audit-proof processing of catalogue-based procurement processes from the contracting authority's system. The scope of services includes, in particular, the technical provision of the Punchout catalogue, integration into the procurement system, maintenance and regular updating of catalogue and article data, as well as ongoing technical and specialist support. In addition, a high data quality, unambiguous article classification, transparent price and condition presentation, and compliance with the contractually agreed conditions must be ensured.
