The subject of the contract is the supply of parts for MP-6 masks, divided into 2 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements and detailed description of the contract subject are specified in Annex 1 to the Specification of Contract Conditions, which the Contracting Authority will provide to Invited Tenders who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be completed within the following timeframe: The Contractor is obligated to execute the Contract within 30 days from the date of signing the Contract, but no later than 06.11.2026 (depending on which of the aforementioned deadlines expires earlier). – for the supply of basic quantities. • The Contract execution deadline for the optional order is set to 06.11.2026. The Contractor has no claim against the Contracting Authority for the execution of optional supplies.
