Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittelrabattverträge gem. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V im Rahmen von Open-House-Verfahren

IKK classic hereby announces that it will enter into non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V, on equal, non-negotiable terms, with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies for various active substances and active substance combinations, during the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028. The earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026, provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, declarations and documents are received by IKK classic by 07.08.2026. Thereafter, the following applies: If the documents are received by the 05th of any month within the possible joining period, the contract will commence on the 01st of the following month. If the documents are received after the 05th of any month within the possible joining period, the contract will commence on the 01st of the second following month. Joining the agreement is possible at any time within the specified period, but at the latest by 05.07.2028. For further information, see section VI.3.
