Czechia – Railway signalling works – Rekonstrukce žst. Turnov – Technologie

The subject of the Public Contract "Reconstruction of Turnov – Technology" is:

• the construction of the building according to the tender documentation,

• the preparation of the Construction Realisation Documentation,

• the provision of ES declarations for verification of the subsystems, and this for the entire Investment Action, including parts constructed as part of other contracts (on the basis of documents provided by the individual contractors),

• the preparation of the complete Documentation of the Actual Construction Implementation for the Technology part, including the geodetic part and documents for the final inspection (description of deviations and documentation for the building permit with the deviations marked),

• active coordination and cooperation with other contractors of the Investment Action.

The subject of the Public Contract also includes the provision of cooperation relating to the Work or its parts, and this for the duration of the Contract for the Provision of Cooperation, whereby the part of the Work is understood to be (but not exclusively) the safety equipment, operational applications with a link to the safety equipment (hereinafter also referred to as the "Equipment"), and this for the possible future needs of the contracting authority to connect the delivered part of the Work with further Equipment from another contractor/manufacturer.
