The subject of the public procurement is the supply of a new PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution for Znojmo Hospital and the expansion to include new components and the supply of the necessary hardware equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will ensure the distribution and controlled secure access to medical imaging documentation from anywhere via the internet and the sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external workers and other specialist facilities in the time necessary to provide quality healthcare. The subject of the fulfillment also includes the supply of essential hardware infrastructure, system software and workstations for the operation of the information system. Furthermore, the subject of the fulfillment also includes the provision of support services. The detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is set out in the annexes to the tender documentation. Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to the suppliers in accordance with § 36 para. 8 of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with § 96 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, only upon request and against the submission of a signed agreement on the protection of confidential information (hereinafter referred to as the “NDA”).
