For its research activities, the CEA-LETI wishes to acquire a high-precision screen-printing equipment. It is intended for the laboratory manufacture of prototypes, used to produce multilayer components, consisting of a succession of layers on various substrates (from plastic to glass). This equipment will be characterized by a high precision in the positioning of the printed patterns on the substrate, with maximum dimensions of 380 mm x 320 mm, as well as in relation to the patterns of the previously printed layers (on both sides of the substrate). The present contract includes the following optional features: - Option No. 1: An automatic ink dispensing system, - Option No. 2: An automatic optical inspection system for screens, - Option No. 3: An automatic optical inspection system for printed layers, - Option No. 4: A system for varying the peel-off of the screen during printing, - Option No. 5: An automatic screen cleaning system between 2 printing sequences, - The price of transport, insurance included, according to the conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Incoterms ICC 2020).
