France – Concrete – Fournitures de pré-enrobages de rails et de modules de voies préfabriquées y compris usinages de rachat d'usure et cintrages des rails fournis par la RATP

In the context of the heritage maintenance operations of the T1 Tramway line of the RATP, the Tramway Business Unit wishes to carry out major works of prefabricated slab renewal between the Marché de Saint Denis and Hôpital Delafontaine stations. The present consultation aims to carry out the services relating to the design, sizing, manufacturing, storage, delivery, unloading and support for the installation of prefabricated railway track modules (encapsulated rails or track slabs) intended for the infrastructures of the T1 line of the Île-de-France tramway network. These services include:

- Carrying out the necessary surveys on site to take into account the geometric, topographic and environmental constraints, at night during the interruption of operation;

- Complete execution studies, including the design of the modules, the establishment of detailed plans, as well as the production of supporting calculation notes;

- Sizing the constituent elements of the prefabricated modules, in compliance with the standards, regulations and technical specifications in force;

- Manufacturing the modules in the factory, incorporating the quality, durability and precision requirements required for this type of work;

- Storing all the prefabricated elements before the start of the site;

- Delivering the modules, incorporating the unloading and safety means required for this type of work;

- Technical assistance and support during the implementation operations on site, including the follow-up of the installation and support to the companies in charge of the works.

All the constituent elements of the present contract are the responsibility of the contractor, with the exception of the supply of the rails, which will be made available by the RATP, in relation to the studies and the needs of the contractor. The contractor remains responsible for the studies and all the machining and bending operations necessary for the performance of the services which are the subject of the present contract. All the services must guarantee the compatibility of the modules with the conditions of operation of the tramway, as well as their perfect integration into the overall infrastructure project. The prefabricated elements must take into account the interfaces with other trades such as systems (BT, CFA, CFO, etc...).

This consultation will result in a single-source framework agreement divided into two lots:

LOT 1: Supply and delivery of prefabricated slabs and encapsulated rails for zones 1, 3 and 5 of the site

LOT 2: Supply and delivery of prefabricated slabs and encapsulated rails for zones 2, 4 and 6 of the site

The RATP reserves the right to have similar services carried out by the Contract Holder under the conditions set out in Article R2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. It is noted that the required turnover must represent one and a half times the maximum amount awarded.
