The contracting authority intends, within the framework of a procurement procedure under the Vergabeverordnung (VgV), to establish a pool of trainers for consulting, accompaniment and coaching services. The aim is to provide a qualified pool of external service providers during the contract period, which can flexibly cover the different technical and methodological requirements of the contracting authority. The framework agreement is to be concluded with at least three economic operators. The selection of the contracting partners will be based on the most economical offers, taking into account the award criteria set out in the procurement documents. In this regard, the decisive factors are in particular price, quality, technical suitability and the presented service concept. The award will be given to at least the three bidders whose offers have the best price-performance ratio and fully meet the requirements of the service description. A separate framework agreement will be concluded with each selected economic operator.
