The subject of the public procurement is the procurement of a molecular analysis system, together with the maintenance of the system for a period of four (4) years and the supply of consumable material for a period of four (4) years. A more detailed specification of the subject of the procurement is evident from the Technical Specifications, the Offer – Offering Calculation form, the Draft Contract, the Maintenance Agreement, and other relevant parts of the tender documentation. The bidder must offer the subject of the public procurement in full. The contracting authority has funds secured for the public procurement. Bids that exceed the amount of the secured funds will be rejected by the contracting authority as inadmissible.
