The subject of the contract is to - process the documentation for the demolition of the building and ensure the demolition permit and process the project documentation for the issuance of the building permit and the documentation for the construction (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), - perform the activity of the designer's supervision, - perform the activity of the safety and health coordinator at work, - perform the activity of the builder's technical supervision, - ensure the legally binding building permit, including the provision of all the opinions of the affected state administration authorities necessary for the issuance of this permit. The subject of the processing of PD is the demolition of the existing building, the assembly ramp and other temporary shelters and stands in the vicinity of the hangar and the subsequent complete reconstruction of the hangar building No. 4, the extension of a two-storey building for the background, the construction of approx. 75 parking spaces for passenger cars and 5 spaces for trucks, including the enclosure of the hangar area.
