The consortium of multiple municipalities within the Rijn & IJssel water authority area and the Rijn & IJssel Water Authority (R&IJ) wishes to award a contract to a single contractor for the supply and maintenance of a Regional Head Office for a number of municipalities within the Rijn & IJssel water authority area and a link with the Head Office of Rijn and IJssel Water Authority. The Head Office is a SAAS solution that is directly accessible via a web browser. The contractor is also responsible for providing communication between the Head Office and the equipment or indirect Head Office. The municipality of Oude IJsselstreek acts as the lead authority for 13 parties (hereafter referred to as 'Participants'); these are: the municipalities of Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doesburg, Duiven (1Stroom), Lochem, Montferland, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek, Westervoort (1Stroom), Zevenaar, Zutphen and Rijn and IJssel Water Authority. The Head Office is a SAAS solution that is directly accessible via a web browser. All current controls, metering equipment and indirect Head Offices in accordance with the object list and PvE will be connected to the Regional Head Office to be supplied. The contractor is also responsible for providing communication between the Head Office and the equipment or indirect Head Office.
