Description of the Contract

The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for internal moving services with an initial duration of two (2) years with the possibility of extending this agreement twice by one year.

Scope of the Contract

The provision of moving services within the headquarters and other locations, consisting of:

- Office furniture, such as desks, chairs, plants and cabinets;

- Clearing and later replacing floors of floors for the replacement of floor coverings;

- The removal and/or relocation of furniture to another location, a storage facility or a waste disposal site;

- Providing handyman services;

- Connecting and disconnecting cabling of the present ICT facilities (cable management);

- Moving archive services. Storing furniture of the contract

- Providing an online platform that gives real-time insight into the furniture/items in storage.

- Project management of accommodation projects

- Communication regarding moves.
