Buying group consisting of the Communauté d'Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées (CAPBP) (coordinator of the group), the Ville de Pau (VDP) and the Syndicat mixte Pau Béarn Pyrénées (SPBPM). Framework agreement with order forms without a minimum and with a maximum VAT per year: - Lot 01: 87 500 euro(s) (CAPBP) - 62 500 euro(s) (VDP) and 10 000 euro(s) (SPBPM); - Lot 02: 125 000 euro(s) (CAPBP) and 125 000 euro(s) (VDP); - Lot 03: 50 000 euro(s) (CAPBP) and 75 000 euro(s) (VDP); - Lot 04: 20 000 euro(s) (CAPBP) and 25 000 euro(s) (VDP); - Lot 05: 62 500 euro(s) (CAPBP) and 75 000 euro(s) (VDP); - Lot 06: 5 000 euro(s) (CAPBP) and 5 000 euro(s) (VDP). The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. Lots 1, 2, and 3: framework agreement awarded to 3 economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of offers. Lots 4, 5 and 6: single-source framework agreement. Contract reserved exclusively for Lot 06. Framework agreement renewable due to the recurrent nature of the services.
