The subject of the procurement is dental technical works for primary healthcare in the Pohde region. The procurement is divided into the following parts:

• Lot 1: Orthodontics

• Lot 2: Fixed Prosthetics

• Lot 3: Removable Prosthetics

• Lot 4: Dentures

• Lot 5: Sleep Apnea Devices

• Lot 6: Other Sleep Apnea Devices

• Lot 7: Special Dental Technician Services

The service provider must indicate in their tender to which area(s) (areas 1–5) the tender applies. The service provider may name one or more areas for which they will provide the service. The notification is binding and cannot be changed during the contract period.

1. Oulu Dentopolis (special dental care unit, teaching clinic, orthodontics, Kontinkankaan dental clinic, emergency care and on-call duty) Kaakkuri and Tuira

2. Oulu Suburbs (Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Haukipudas, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi, Vaala, Kiiminki, Oulunsalo)

3. Koillismaa (Kuusamo, Pudasjärvi, Taivalkoski)

4. Coast (Kalajoki, Merijärvi, Pyhäjoki, Raahe, Siikajoki)

5. Southern Pohde (Alavieska, Haapajärvi, Haapavesi, Kärsämäki, Nivala, Oulainen, Sievi, Reisjärvi, Pyhäntä, Pyhäjärvi, Siikalatva, Ylivieska)

The actual contract period is from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2028. In addition to the actual contract period, the procurement has two options for the periods 1.1.2029–31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030–31.12.2030.

TECHNICAL CONSULTATION SESSION

The procurement uses a competitive dialogue procedure (Public Procurement Act § 44-48). The contracting entity will hold a technical consultation session on Wednesday, 7.10.2026 from 14:00 to 14:30. The technical consultation session will not answer questions about the content of the procurement but will only explain the progress of the procurement procedure.
