1) The subject of the contract is the supply of one new factory-made device intended for deduplication and backup storage for the Supreme Court, along with implementation, preparation, and delivery of the as-built documentation. 2) Description of the subject of the contract – product form (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 3) The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. 4) Contractors who meet the following conditions may apply for the contract: 1) ability to operate in the economic market: The Purchaser does not specify a condition in this regard, 2) entitlement to carry out a specified economic or professional activity, if this results from separate regulations: The Purchaser does not specify a condition in this regard, 3) economic or financial situation: The Purchaser does not specify a condition in this regard, 4) technical or professional capacity: The Purchaser considers the above condition to be met if the Contractor proves that in the last 3 years counted backwards from the date on which the deadline for submitting tenders expires, or if the period of conducting the activity is shorter - in this period, it has properly completed at least 2 contracts (orders) covering the delivery of a device intended for deduplication and backup storage with a value of each contract not less than 800,000.00 PLN gross. 5) In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the contract (consortium, civil partnership), the conditions for participation in the Procedure may be met by one Contractor or jointly by all Contractors jointly applying for the contract. 6) The assessment of the fulfillment of the conditions required from the Contractors will take place according to the formula: "meets – does not meet", based on the information contained in the submitted declarations and documents. 7) The Purchaser does not envisage the conduct of an electronic auction.
